Cops say the person, who used a sledgehammer to smash down a glass door, was joined by an confederate in a stolen getaway automobile. 

The 2 males stole watches, pearls and different jewelry from the shop on Bair Road in Leongatha, Victoria, on February 21 at about 2.45am after stealing a black Lexus SUV. 

One of many offenders wore a disposable orange jumpsuit and repeatedly smashed via the glass entrance doorways of the store, inflicting in depth injury.

Victoria Police stated the car was stolen from a property on Dunbar Grove in Churchill, Victoria on February 15 earlier than reappearing on the theft.

The SUV was discovered by officers burnt out close to Rices Street in Rosedale practically two weeks following the theft on February 27.
